If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are entirely between you and Inner Zen Vibes LLC, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service, its content, or its maintenance and support. However, Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and underlying technology—is the exclusive property of Inner Zen Vibes LLC or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

Original Audio Content: All audio tracks, meditative soundscapes, and sound effects provided within the Service are original works created and owned exclusively by Inner Zen Vibes LLC. We do not feature, show, or access any third-party content or licensed music libraries. We maintain full and exclusive rights to all audio assets found within the App.

You may not distribute, modify, transmit, or reproduce any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
